Brad Whitfield, CPA, CVA, CM&AA, has extensive experience in taxation, business valuation, finance, consulting, and accounting work and currently serves as contract CFO for several companies and family offices in the low country area.
Maclain Caldwell, CPA, CVA
Partner & Director of Advisory Services
Maclain Caldwell, CPA, CVA, is our Director of Advisory Services. Maclain's primary focus is preparing compliance reports to adhere to bonding, insurance, and financial requirements. He also valuates businesses for purchase, sale, tax and estate planning, litigation, and more. With over nine years of accounting experience, Maclain has spent nearly five years in public accounting and a year and a half in private accounting for multifamily development and a general contract company before starting with CCMG. He brings a highly energetic, solution-oriented, positive attitude to the company.
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Maclain is an alumnus of Auburn University. He moved to Savannah with his wife and two children to work for CCMG. Since then, he has been active in the community by being the Emmaus House Treasurer, an active member of Isle of Hope Methodist Church, the Telfair Museum of Art: William Jay Society, the Small Business Assistance Corporation Loan Committee, the Auburn Alumni Association and most recently joined the Kiwanis Club of Skidaway. Away from work, Maclain also loves playing golf, hunting, classic country music, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Auburn Tigers.
Principal & Director of Accounting Services
Ranee Bragg, our Director of Accounting Services, has over 24 years of experience as a CPA. She has been with CCMG for eight years and is critical in encouraging her colleagues through positivity and guidance. Her attention to detail, strong leadership, and passion for learning make her a valuable part of our team, and she greatly enjoys working with clients to help them make sense of their books.
Ranee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University and started her career working with the Georgia Department of Audits and later Bekaert & Holland in Greenville, SC. Her love of numbers began early in childhood as she appreciated how they could tell a story. Originally born in Hinesville, GA, Ranee spent many childhood years in South Africa. The high school she attended allowed her to major in accounting, marking the official beginning of her love of the job.
Jenna Yarbrough Miller is our Firm Administrator responsible for keeping our business operations running smoothly. She is the touchstone for everyone in the office and ensures everyone has what they need, including the clients. From sending out newsletters, tax organizers, reminders, and event planning, Jenna does it all. With over 15 years of experience, she is a highly organized, dedicated professional passionate about maintaining CCMG's productivity and client relations.
A Savannah native, Jenna earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. She began her accounting career in 2016 and, just two years later, joined the CCMG team. She is an active member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church and spends as much time on the water as possible. She and her husband Taylor enjoy spending time with their dog, playing intramural sports and outdoor activities, and navigating the waterways of the Coastal Empire.
Senior Account Manager
Senior Account Manager, Ela Gavrilas, has an extensive 22-year history in banking and accounting, working with bookkeeping, payroll, and business underwriting. Over her last five years with CCMG, Ela has used her creativity, reliability, and responsiveness to give our clients a truly personal experience. Over the years, Ela has worked with both large and small businesses and enjoys developing a close relationship with each client to anticipate their needs better.
Ela is originally from Romania and immigrated here in 2001 with her husband, Cat. After working in her parent's logistics company back home, she became passionate about working in finance. Over the years, she has been recognized for her hard work by participating in the Star Awards Program, Merrit Enrichment Program, and the Georgia Bankers University of Lending. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking classic Romanian foods, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She and her family are avid animal lovers and active with Renegade Paws Rescue Organization and Kate's Legacy, and has three beloved rescued pets herself. Ela enjoys the culture and company here at CCMG because they all feel like family, and the camaraderie is unmatched.
Linda Caruso is a staff accountant at CCMG with over thirty years of experience in the industry. Linda is a vital part of our client services team. She has a talent for cleaning up clients’ accounts, teaching them to learn best practices, and helping accounts run smoothly on a monthly basis. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic make her a valuable part of the team and essential to her client's success.
Linda is originally from Connecticut and has been in the coastal empire for over 12 years. She holds an associate degree in accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Accounting from Western New England College. With a passion for numbers and a history as a business owner, Linda brings a unique perspective to our team. Linda loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren outside the office and catching up on reading, gardening, and making art.
Julian Dunston, a Staff Accountant with CCMG, started his accounting career three years ago in hospitality after spending years on the service side of the industry. At CCMG, Julian monitors and analyzes monies coming into and going out of clients' businesses. This analysis helps to provide our clients with a comprehensive outlook of their financial position and tax obligations. Julian also performs QuickBooks cleanups for new clients to give them a more accurate understanding of their accounts.
Julian's passion for working with others helped guide his career. His extensive education, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UGA, a Master’s in Science in Developmental Psychology from Walden University, and a Master's of Business Administration with an Accounting Focus from Southeastern Oklahoma State, helped guide his career from hospitality and now to helping others through accounting. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Julian moved to Savannah when he was four. Now married to his wife, Ansley, Julian spends his time playing sports, listening to music and traveling. These hobbies help encourage his inquisitive nature and expand his world knowledge allowing him to bring innovative solutions to his clients.
Staff accountant Haley Woodruff is a recent graduate from Georgia Southern University with a Master's in Accounting and is actively pursuing her CPA. She has over two years of experience in the accounting industry and credits her mother, a long-time controller, with her passion for the field. In her position at CCMG, Haley interacts with clients and helps manage their accounts. She is a highly-organized team player who brings a level head and a sense of calm to anything thrown her way.
Originally from Denver, Haley spent most of her childhood in North Georgia. Her education brought her to Southeast Georgia, and a position at CCMG brought her to the Savannah and Richmond Hill areas. During her college tenure, she studied abroad in France for an entire semester, giving her a new perspective on the world. When away from work, Haley enjoys time spent at the beach with her boyfriend, reading, and playing with her cat Winnie.

Taylor Frame is a Georgia native and UGA graduate and has dedicated himself to giving his client's an exceptional experience. Before entering the business sales and current real estate market, Taylor taught in person and online at a trading and investing school. His expertise was how to trade in the short and long-term financial markets. Taking his understanding of market cycles and his previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Taylor teamed up with professional accounting and business valuation professionals to deliver the best business acquisition/disposition experience possible. Responsive, anticipatory, and reliable are the bedrock of his brokerage style.
Anticipating the client's needs, quick response times, and always being there for his client's needs are the constant drivers in his brokerage process.
